    This service enables library users to access the Library's Open Public Access Catalogue (OPAC).
  11. Projects, Theses, and Dissertation Service
    This service provides access to theses, dissertations, and projects in electronic and print formats. It supports researchers in depositing their work for open access, promoting scholarly and artistic content dissemination.
  12. Lending and Discharging Service
    This service manages the circulation of the library's main collection across various disciplines, adopting an open shelf system for direct access by users. Books can be borrowed for external use for a specified period.
  13. Special Reserve Information Service
    This service includes high-demand books with limited copies, managed under a closed shelf system. Users need assistance from library staff to access this section, and books are for internal use only, typically borrowable for short periods.

    This service provides access to the Internet and related services using digital or analog technology via devices like televisions or personal computers.
